Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can request a refund or replacement within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
- Tags and Packaging: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Refundable Items
- Open Box Delivery: Products marked as "open box delivery" cannot be returned or refunded once accepted.
- Personalized or Custom-Made Products: These items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on clearance or promotional sales are non-refundable.
- Used or Damaged Returns: Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us at Support@giftycat.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Approval Process: We will review your request and notify you of the next steps.
- Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by Gifty Cat for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For replacements, new items will be dispatched once the return is processed (if applicable).
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been processed after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or payment account for pending transactions.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
